Low Carb Parmesan Dijon Pork Chops #lowcarb #dinner

Have you at any point had breaded pork hacks? Astounding right? Yet, not on the off chance that you are on a low carb diet. On the off chance that you are on a low carb diet, breading is a relic of times gone by. In any case, that doesn't imply that you don't wish you could have breaded pork cleaves. Since, well… yum.

In all honesty, you can do breading without real bread. I will concede that it doesn't exactly taste precisely the equivalent, however it most likely fulfills a hankering on the grounds that the surface is comparable and it genuinely tastes great.

I detest managing crude meat. Regardless of whether I have to cut it or simply set it some place with the goal that I would then be able to dunk it in something to cover it like these pork cleaves I am covering in Parmesan cheddar.

Wood cutting sheets can harbor microorganisms and the plastic ones are massive and don't generally have a depression around them to get the meat juice. Ewwww. I can never tell in the event that I cleaned everything the meat juice may have contacted.
